Run lessons, explain game mechanics clearly, and give players useful feedback without talking down to them.
We’re looking for reliable people who enjoy helping players, answering questions, and keeping the server welcoming. If that sounds like you, send us an application.
You’ll need your Discord username and user ID. Applications are reviewed privately by server leadership.
You don’t need experience in every area. Apply for the position that best fits what you’re good at.

Answer support tickets, guide new members, and make sure questions reach the right person.
Handle reports fairly, calm down conflicts, and enforce server rules consistently.
Help organize community sessions, tournaments, practice events, and announcements.
Staff roles come with access and responsibility. We care more about good judgment and consistency than a perfect application.
Communicate when you’re unavailable and follow through on the things you volunteer to handle.
Staff should de-escalate problems instead of winning arguments or embarrassing people publicly.
You won’t have every answer. Ask another staff member instead of guessing on important decisions.
Answer each question honestly and give specific examples where you can.
